Hi! I’m Rachel,
I LOVE tasty, healthy food! I’m a Nutrtional Therapist & Medicinal Chef with over 25 years Food & Nutrition experience.. My  GOAL is to help my clients discover ways to consistently eat healthier foods & therefore feel better!

I’m an accredited Menopause educator from The British Menopause Charity; qualified to advise women of the various treatment options available to manage the symptoms of the menopause, including:

  • HRT + alternatives to HRT
  • Nutrition for Menopause – This includes younger women who are experiencing early Menopause (POI) as a result of surgery or medical reasons; as well as women not yet in Menopause who want to inform themselves & be prepared for this life stage.

I will very soon be launching, a 6 week Menopause group coaching program to help you get healthy & lose weight  specifically for this life stage… 
I will cover everything from heart health, bone health & digestive health to give you the tools to future proof your long term health!
